It's January and I'm working in a lot of mud and dirt getting the gardens prepared for the 2020 flower season. To get me through the rainy, messy winter here in PNW Washington, I spend a lot of time scrolling through last season's photos to remember the beautiful blooms that are created in abundance through the hard work of the winter and spring.
Last year, I took part in the Snohomish Wedding Tour at Twin Willow Gardens, where the Prudence & Sage team and I created a design plan with Grand Event Rentals. This bright, happy spring floral against the periwinkle blue made me feel the warmth of the spring days. I can feel it again looking through the photos and just had to share it with you.
These blooms were created with locally sourced flowers from Paeonia Pines Cutting Garden, Scattered Seeds Flower Farm and Lowlands Farm, all women operated, Snohomish County farms.
The beautiful signs are made by Papers Edge.
